How can I place an order?

You can place an order directly through our website or you can call us on 01254 457866.

All of our designs are available in any of our materials. You can see our full materials list here. If you cannot find the design and material combination that you are looking for on our website - simply get in touch and we will be happy to put together a bespoke quote for you.

Do you offer free samples?

We offer free samples for all of our materials. As different screens display materials in different ways, ordering a sample is the best way to see the colour and feel the texture of your final piece. All of our samples are genuine off cuts of the material that we will use to build your order, so you can be sure of an exact match.

How long does it take

As of February 2022 our lead time for sofas is 4-6 weeks and our lead time for beds is 3-4 weeks. We do offer a range of complimentary size adjustments to our furniture, however please bear in mind that some adjustments will affect lead time.

If you need something in time for an important occasion, please let us know and we may be able to guarantee an earlier delivery date.

How do I pay?

You can pay directly through our website via credit card, debit card or finance. Food bespoke orders, we will set up your order on our system and send you a secure link to make payment.

We can also accept BACS or cash payments. Please contact us to arrange this.

What can you make?

We can make any of our models in any material. Our customers often ask for size adjustments for something bespoke to fit their space. We also offer a range of finishing options.

What materials do you use?

We use solid and engineered woods for our frames. This ensures that they will last well into the future. We use high quality reflex foam as standard which is very comfy and keeps its shape well. All of our fabrics have been selected for their strength and our leathers are all 100% genuine from full hides.

As everything is made bespoke, we are able to make adjustments where necessary. Please contact us for more information about this.

Do you deliver?

We deliver free of charge throughout the mainland UK and Northern Ireland. All of our deliveries are room of choice, but it is important that you make sure the pathway is clear so that the delivery team can get the item into the room.

How do I choose something bespoke?

If you would like something bespoke, please contact us directly so that we can start a conversation. When we know what it is you want, we will put a quote together for you.

Can I view the furniture before buying?

We have a small workshop with a limited number of our items which you are very welcome to come and see. As we send most items out as soon as they’re made, please contact us before visiting - this will ensure that we can show you the items that you want to see.

Does the furniture comes with a guarantee

All of our furniture comes with a 5 year guarantee. This guarantee covers the frame, the fillings, the springs and the covering. There are of course exceptions to this such as accidental damage etc. You can read about this in more detail on our guarantee page.

How do I pay a deposit?

If you would like to pay a deposit rather than the full amount upfront, please contact us and we will arrange this for you. Depending on what you’d prefer, we can take the deposit payment over the phone or send you a secure link to make the payment.

We do not store any of your card details, so we will contact you again just before delivery to arrange the final payment.

Can you store my order until I'm ready for delivery

Many of our customers place an order before moving into a new home, or during renovation. We can offer limited storage facilities for up to 2 weeks after our advised lead time. If more time is required, we can offer storage at £20 per item, per week.

Can you deliver to Northern Ireland and outside of the UK?

We can deliver to Northern Ireland at no extra cost. Please allow an extra 1-2 weeks for an NI delivery.

We can also arrange delivery to addresses outside of the UK. Please contact us to arrange this though as shipping prices can vary.

Is your furniture expensive?

Our prices are similar to reasonable quality high street retailers such as John Lewis, Next and DFS. The quality of product and service we provide is however completely different.

When you consider the handmade nature of our products, the quality of materials that we use throughout, the customisation options we provide along with the service to back it up, you will see that our furniture offers exceptional value for money.

What leather do you use?

All of our leathers are 100% genuine Italian hides from two tanneries in Italy. We offer a range of different leathers all of which are of exceptional quality and will last well into the future.

We are often asked why there is such a difference in price between the leathers that we use. This price difference is generally explained by the rarity of the leather, for example if a rarer breed of cow can only produce the leather, it will make the leather more expensive. This doesn’t mean though that the leather is not as strong or will not last as long.

Whatever leather you choose from us, you can be confident that it is of the highest quality and durability.

We encourage you to order a leather sample so that you can see the quality of the leather for yourself. We will always use that leather throughout the whole piece that we are building. We never use a lower grade of leather on the sides as some manufacturers may do to cut costs.
