When your order has been made, our team will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date. On the delivery day, we’ll deliver to a room of your choice taking away any packaging ^[1].

We build everything using traditional techniques that require very little machinery and we don’t use any nasty chemicals that are harmful the environment. We regularly look at ways that we can reduce our environmental impact and currently use offset.earth.

We have built our business and reputation on our made-to-last philosophy. We stand behind this and offer a 15-year guarantee on everything we build. If something goes wrong because of a manufacturing defect, we’ll collect it and restore it for you at absolutely no cost to you.

British Made

All of our products are hand-made in our Lancashire workshop exclusively for you. This gives us complete control over the manufacturing process and allows us to offer unique customisation options and a beautifully finished end-product.

Free Delivery

All of our products are delivered free of charge to mainland UK addresses. For larger items such as sofas, chairs, kingsize and super king beds - we will deliver to a room of your choice and assemble for you.
